Mascot FAQs
Can we choose which games we're mascot for?
Yes — you pick your own games in the booking form, up to however many your package includes. There's no need to wait for us to assign a date.
Do we need to buy this year's kit?
No. Any Salisbury FC kit is fine for your child to wear as mascot. The Supporters Club isn't handling shirt sales this year, but you're welcome to buy one from the club shop if you'd like.
Does the mascot package include entry to the ground?
No — the package covers the walk-out experience only. Parents/guardians and any spectators still need to buy their own match ticket as normal.
Where do we go on matchday?
Head to Green Gate C — the pitch entry gate at the end of the penalty box — 15 minutes before kick-off. A committee member will meet you there.
What if a game we've booked gets postponed or we can't make it?
We don't offer refunds, but if you let us know with notice via Fan Voice, we're happy to move your child to a different available game instead.
Is there an age limit for mascots?
Mascots are generally suitable for ages 4–14. If you're unsure whether your child's age is a good fit, mention it in the notes field when you book.
Tell us what's on your mind
The Supporters Club raises fan issues directly with the club. Whether it's praise, a problem, or an idea — this goes straight to the committee.
Volunteer with us
A matchday at the Ray Mac doesn't just happen on the pitch — it's powered by fans like you behind the scenes. The more volunteers we have, the more we can do for supporters.

What we collect
Depending which parts of the site you use, we may collect: your name, email address, and phone number; for mascot sign-ups, your child's name and age; for feedback, the category and content of your message; for volunteering, the roles you're interested in; and for payments, Stripe (our payment processor) handles your card details directly — we never see or store your card information ourselves.
Why we collect it
To organise mascot bookings, respond to feedback, coordinate volunteers, manage memberships, and contact you about any of the above (for example, confirming a booking or following up on a comment).
Who can see it
Only Salisbury FC Supporters Club committee members, via a secure login. We don't sell, share, or pass on your data to any third party outside the club, except our payment processor (Stripe) and email service (used only to send booking confirmations), each of which processes data solely to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as they're relevant to the season or purpose they were collected for (for example, mascot booking details for that season's fixtures), and periodically review and remove data we no longer need.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, get in touch with the committee via the Fan Voice page or our social media channels.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. We use only what's necessary to make bookings and logins work.
This policy reflects our commitment to data protection as set out in our Constitution (section 11.1). Last updated August 2026.
